Haru Nguyen

National Volunteer Week: "The Rotary Club of Hornsby District is very appreciative of the wonderful work done by the volunteers of our Marketing Team. During the year 2020-2021, the club decided to look inwards and develop a marketing strategic plan which has been put into action by three talented volunteers. For National Volunteer Week we would like to recognise the first volunteer from our new team. Haru Nguyen is completing a Master's degree from Macquarie University. Learn more about Haru - I am a marketer, a freelance content creator and designer. I love doing stuff relating to creativity because I have a vivid imagination. I consider myself as a daydreamer! After finishing my Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management in Vietnam, I moved to Australia to do a Master's degree in Marketing at Macquarie University. Marketing is the most favorite field I want to work in after graduation. From the early stage, I was passionate about Marketing and looked for any chances to gain experience and work skills in the industry. That is the reason why have gained various experience in Marketing such as content copywriting, design, digital marketing, event marketing and research marketing. However, In this technology-driven age, Digital Marketing, especially Social media, is my favourite domain.
I believe Marketing is all around you and we can learn many things from our life. Therefore, I would love to travel around the world to expand my experience."
